How We Handle Your Information Under These Terms

Our Terms require us to collect and verify your personal information — name, date of birth, phone number, payment method — to open your account and process deposits and withdrawals.

Identity Verification

When you register, we verify your name, date of birth and payment method. This is a terms requirement, not optional. We use this data only to secure your account and prevent fraud and underage registration.

Payment Data

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transaction details are encrypted and stored on secure servers. We retain them only as long as your account is active, then for five years for audit and dispute resolution.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login and PIN secure. Terms state we are not liable for unauthorised access if you share credentials. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings immediately after account creation.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your game preferences. No tracking cookies are used. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time without losing account access.

Dispute Records

Our terms require all withdrawals to pass security verification before processing. This can take 24–48 hours. We check that the withdrawal amount doesn't exceed your account balance after deducting any active bets, and that the payment method matches the one you used to deposit. If you deposited via DANA and request a withdrawal to a different bank account, verification takes longer.

Our terms state that promotional credits are non-cashable until they meet the playthrough requirement listed when you claim them. Funds in closed duplicate accounts cannot be recovered, so register once and keep your credentials safe.

You'll verify your identity (name, DOB, phone), and we'll reset your password via a secure link sent to your email. Your account unlocks once you set a new password.
